Too Scientific and Technical
This author doesn’t know their audience. The book is too scientific and technical for the average person. I read the book thinking it would help us on our journey. Not only did I have to skip to part 2, but I was lost in the over abundance of science and the author’s desperation to prove herself.
I gave it one start for being hard to follow. I’m not sure if this book was meant for other “Functional” practitioners or not but it’s definitely NOT meant for women looking to improve their fertility and don’t have a medical background.
