Ahh Gabriel grew on me, I really didn’t like him in book 1 or really much in book 2 but as the series went on I was liking him more and more. Finally now I like him.
I am still not a huge fan of Mercy but I can get over it. She brings out what I like best in Gabriel so she will have to do.
I will say I didn’t really see the twist coming when I should have. It makes sense now that it's over but still.
Over all the series was still just ok for me, I usually love all of K.A. Tuckers work but this was almost a DNF for me.
The narration was ok I do wonder if Ada was the reason I didn’t enjoy Mercy or it was just the character.

Not nearly as good as the wolf hotel series. I wasn't interested in the plot.

Oh, Gabriel. Under your tough exterior and smooth talking, there's a boy who just needs some love! I really enjoyed reading about this crime family and Mercy's sudden entrance into all the drama and chaos. As Gabriel begins to win over Mercy, she's winning him over right back. They are made for each other. It's just going to take a lot of money exchanging questionable hands, a couple murders, and some shady dealings to get them to realize that.
