This is one of those, "curiosity killed the cat" reads for me.
Ok, let me start by saying that I can handle all the gore, trigger warning, and horrifying bits. For me, it was the details about certain hygiene and feces that got to me in this book. I mean, if you're looking for something truly disgusting then this is definitely for you, and would be a 5 star read if you're into that. But if you have a queasy stomach like me, then I suggest you not read it. Or if your curiosity gets the better of you like it did me, then read this book on an empty stomach or prepare to be vomiting! This book literally had me throwing up in the middle of the night. To vomit just from reading a book, now that's saying something!
