Lo he disfrutado mucho.

I don't usually read books on focus or productivity, but this was recommended in an article I read for entrepreneurs at some point, so it's been on my list. I found it to be accessible, straightforward, and highly actionable. It's clear Bailey had extensively researched and trialed a lot of his findings/suggestions, and I loved the balance between hyperfocus and scatterfocus. As someone who meditates, a lot of his suggestions really resonated.

It was a fast, enjoyable, and ultimately (I suspect) very useful read. It definitely got my creative juices flowing to try some new things.

Many things I already knew, as some one who practices mindfulness, mediation and has ditched their smart phone. But lots of instructions on how to make my focus better/more useful.

So easy to read, an excellent writing style.
