This was cute. Not my fav but it was still good. Everything kinda seemed to happen fast, yet slow? Dont really have any complaints, and there really wasnt ur typical third act breakup bc they kinda just mutally seperated and went on their ways. i do have to say it was cute how they started on a plane and their love confessions were also on a plane. AND LETS TALK ABOUT ALL OF THE HANNA AND WILL CRUMS *chefs fucking kiss* sooo fucking good. The epilouges at the end were super cute and im really thankful for them <3 but ahh where was Ruby and Nialls? just wondering. anyway this was good.

This was a great way to end the series. I liked having a story to follow (and hello, I love Pippa’s quirkiness) but also getting updates on all the characters we have loved throughout the series. The steam factor in this book was less than previous books in this series.

3.5 rounded up. This one is better than the previous. I enjoyed Pippa and Jensen but it still felt off. The .5 is really for epilogues where they wrap everyone’s stories.

Not sure how this ended up on my list since I’ve given mixed reviews to previous books by these authors. Turns out also that I was reading the last book in the series… The New England road trip was great. Entertaining enough.

3/5

Nothing to special liked how the rest of the books each had there own epilogue in the end.

This was a good conclusion to the series.

Listened to this on audio, as I have for the rest of the series (except Beautiful Bastard), the audio was great. Ended up listening to 8 hours and 30 minutes of this in 1 day (the X-Mas music at work is driving me a bit batty so I need to, when I can, listen to something else) and then finished the last 2 hours today.

Jensen is Hanna's brother, Pippa is Ruby's friend from England. It's a funny moment between them when Jensen is on his way home to Boston, Pippa is heading to the states to get over her cheating boyfriend and hang with Ruby on a trip, and they end up sitting next to each other, not knowing who either of them are. Pippa ends up drinking a bunch and word vomits everything and anything she can think of and Jensen pretends to sleep for 4 hours on the flight. And of course these two, at a get together later, get a funny surprise when they realize who the other is.

For the 30-35% of this book I was a little bored. I wasn't really loving Jensen and Pippa's connection, they seemed like friends but I really didn't see a romance building. Then when another shock/surprise meeting happens while on the group wine trip, that's when I felt this story picked up.

I loved their time together while on the trip. They were still fun and friendly but now we had the sexy times along with that.

What I wasn't a fan of was the more passive nature that Jensen had after the trip. There were enough moments where it felt like Pippa was reaching out and Jensen just blew her off or didn't care to reach out to her. Now he did
Spoilerrectify that when he hopped on a plane to England to actually confess is love and his intentions but at that point it started to feel a little too late and it was feeling like the trip fling was just that and nothing more would come of it.

The epilogues were cute. I really loved Chloe and Bennett's epilogue because we see foul mouthed Chloe again and I loved it.

As a whole this series was really solid, I can see myself re-listening to all of these on audio at some point in the future.
