This is a hard one to review. If i had taken more time with it i could see it being a life transforming book, but i just had it on fast speed not really taking time to digest it. Maybe I'll come back to it one day when i really want to give it the time it deserves

This may as well have been "Don't You Know Who I Am: A Memoir".

Honestly, the author comes up with a list of items to do in order to 'unlock the impossible', just like him, but is not nearly famous nor accomplished enough to merit that commentary. I'd never heard of him before reading this book, so to say I too can be as successful as him isn't nearly the encouragement he thinks it is.

There were some interesting ideas in the middle about how to organize your day to promote healthy work habits etc., but I wouldn't say any of them were earth-shattering or original. And then right at the end of the book it turns out that it's all been an advertisement for his self-help organization, which definitely left a weird taste in my mouth.

How flow state can help you achieve your optimal life while also helping you accomplish great things. The primary goal is first to create a life you love, which is amazing. Fun to read and very tactical as well!

This was a good book. It kept me interested and I picked up a few fun facts, especially about neurochemistry and neurobiology, which was the highlight for me. I'd say I gained some valuable information by reading this book. At times though, it felt like an overanalyzation of flow. It was a different perspective than I'm used to, often I find flow is about surrender. This author presented flow as an end goal that can be reached by following a very specific set of steps.

Overall, it was worth the read. Spoiler alert: nothing replaces good sleep, regular exercise, mindfulness, and nutrition!

Was expecting a David Goggins book with a title like that but was pleasantly surprised that it was nothing of the sort and instead took you threw a more methodical approach of doing the impossible and talking about flow, grit, importance of health like sleep and exercise. Basically doing impossible is putting in the reps and how to put in those reps
