This one has taken me like three attempts to read, it really requires prior knowledge of the characters, something I lacked the last few times I tried. But it really clicked this time, Alex Ross has always been my favorite comic artist (for something like this, I don't need him doing paintings for a random Superman issue). The art was never a problem, but I had trouble getting into the story before, but know it really gripped me.

I love Superman, and this book really does him well. The whole trinity gets to have a good arc which I really appreciated. This book requires you to read the extras, just to see how much is going on in the background. Every panel has something you can look at the back of the book and get context for. It's really great stuff.
