This was an okay read. Halfway through the book, I realized I’ve tried this once before and dnfed it. So yeah, it’s not that memorable but I liked it better this time.

It was short so i finished it quickly but I couldn’t really connect with the characters due to the length. I loved Delvin’s obsession, it was definitely the best part. Started out promising but the ending was rather abrupt. Good for a quick read but nothing impressive. It had a lot of potential but the rushed ending ruined it.

Amazing 5+ star read

Once again N. Heinz has blown me away with her writing style. Deadly Persuasion was so good I couldn't put it down. It had the perfect mix of romance and a hint of darkness! I can honestly say Deadly Persuasion is in my Top 10 reads for this year!

This was an interesting read and I fell in to the intense heat of delvin's obsession for veronica. I wanted more and found brand an interesting character as his involvement left a lot to the interest of the story. I wanted a deeper knowledge of what happened to tiffany and where this story leads can't wait for book 2.

An amazing dark story that does not have the "typical ending" and I was okay with that. I'll definitely check out more of this author's books!

3.5 stars Very slow beginning. I was not drawn into the book straightaway. I had so many questions that were never answered. I was entertained when the story finally took off. I was bothered by a few things. It was somewhat absurd that this girl is some type of ninja assassin with fighting skills. Just about every chapter ended with some crazy ass line. I found myself rolling my eyes several times.
I want to know what happened. The ending was a cliffhanger. Which I hate..

4.5 stars! (will review the duet together)

This book was everything I needed right now: quick, suspenseful, edgy, and surprisingly good.

It definitely went off the rails towards the end, but you know what? I didn’t care. I don’t need fiction to be believable all the time, especially if the main characters are as intriguing as they were in this one. Plus, the crazy parts really proved what each character was made of, so that made it all worth it.

I’ll definitely be continuing, and I’m hoping that
Spoiler Brand actually gets his girl this time😔
