All of You by S.M. West
Winslow Grove #1

Wren and Oliver have hurdles to leap, a mean girl grown woman to thwart, and hoops to jump through before they can finally have their happily ever after but what a treat it was to read their story while wondering who will star in book two of the series.

What I liked:
* Wren Tyler: librarian, athletic, loving daughter and sister, invested in Bright Horizons – a program assisting local foster children with a college education, open, loving, kind, cares deeply for Oliver
* Oliver Winslow: carpenter, furniture designer, business owner, has an education degree, good friend, dated the wrong woman for too long, has always cared deeply for Wren
* The fact that the main characters are good people, communicate openly with one another, trust and respect their partner, and work together to resolve problems
* That the problems the couple face are external rather than issues between the two of them
* The introduction of characters that may show up in future books of the series: Jett, Maddox, Kellen, Percey, Serena, Zoe, and perhaps the high school students that will be sponsored by Bright Horizons
* The way “wicked Dot” was eventually thwarted – she was almost a caricature of a character but so easy to hate
* Wren’s father and sister who were so supportive, Reggie who is a foster parent and has been for many, Oliver’s brother Eddie – would love to know more about him, Coach – a good man that I hope to hear more about
* All of it really except…

What I didn’t like:
* Who and what I was meant not to like
* The small minded herd mentality of small towns and how they band together over gossip without searching for the truth

Did I like this book? Yes
Would I read more in this series/by this author? Definitely

Thank you to the author for the ARC – This is my honest review.

Very sweet (and spicy)! Wren and Oliver have been harboring feelings for each other for years. The stars align and the two finally get together but there are many stumbling blocks in their way. They discover past betrayals of so-called friends and roadblocks in the present, not to mention the fickleness of small town inhabitants who can turn on you very quickly. Wren’s strength and kindness in the face of adversity is admirable and the struggle these two go through to have a future together is filled with romance, laughter, angst and tears but the end result is worth it all.

All Of You by S.M. West is an angsty friends-to-lovers with heaps of small-town scandal. Oliver Winslow and Wren Tyler’s love story picks up immediately following the events of Close to You (the series prequel). If you like your steamy small-town romance with a bit of an edge and a whole lot of heart, S.M. West does not disappoint! Oliver and Wren finally have their shot at love and happiness, if only an entitled, conniving, toxic ex would stand aside. S.M.’s well-developed ancillary characters were intriguing. Dot Malone’s delulu, relentless scheming made me want to throttle her. Wren’s dad and Coach tug at the heartstrings with their mentor wisdom, Buckle up, this meant-to-be, mutual pining, hometown sweethearts, hardfought HEA takes readers on an emotional rollercoaster, and it’s well-worth the ride.

Samantha Brentmoor and Robert Hatchet reprise their roles as Wren and Oliver in All Of You. Samantha is fabulous as the brilliant, dazzling, resilient librarian, Wren. Have you heard her growly dude voice?! Swoon. Robert Hatchet gives a swoon-worthy performance as the genuine, charismatic, entrepreneur Oliver. Samantha
And Robert nailed the dual narration of All of You. Do yourself a favor and pick up Close to You to binge the entire fling-to-forever saga now!

All of You was a rollercoaster of a ride for Wren and Oliver to find their happy ending. Wren and Oliver had a lot of obstacles to overcome with his ex trying her best to come between them, I loved that they were there for each other despite all of the troubles that arose throughout the story. I enjoyed the story and was rooting for Wren and Oliver.

Samantha Brentmoor and Robert Hatchet narrate this book in dual narration. Samantha does a great job portraying Wren’s sweet and caring personality and also expressing the doubts her character has with the situation they were in. Robert does great at showing the care and love Oliver has for Wren and the his anguish he has over how his past is affecting Wren. Both of their performances were both great and brought this story to life.

All of You is the first book in the Winslow Grove series, but it can be read as a standalone. There is a prequel novella though, Close to You. I wouldn’t say it’s necessary to read, but it does give a little more to Wren and Oliver’s backstory.

Wren and Oliver had always had a crush on each other, but they were never together. Now they both know how the other feels about them, and they finally have their chance to be together. But…there are still obstacles in the way, and things get messy.

These two had so much chemistry and love between them. I really like how strong and independent Wren was. And she had such a big heart, always thinking of others and trying to help them.

Oliver was really sweet and always let Wren know how he felt. I didn’t particular like the way he handled things with his ex, but I guess it made sense (considering how crazy she was).

Wren and Oliver truly went through a lot to be together. I mean, in a small town where everyone knows everyone and everything, it wasn’t easy to escape the nasty comments. But they did it, and they finally got their HEA.

Audio: 5 stars
Narrators: Samantha Brentmoor and Robert Hatchet
Style: Dual

Samantha and Robert are two of my favorite narrators, so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with their performance. They did an amazing job capturing all the emotions of their respective characters, and they truly brought the story to life.

All of You is the continuation of Wren and Oliver's story from the prequal Close to You and the first book in the Winslow Grove series. Wren and Oliver's history is tangled and the webs they need to get through to be together are many, but this book had it all. It's full of emotion, it's action packed and full of twists and turns. You get some steamy scenes. I loved these two together and can't wait for more from this series.

This small town, friends to lovers, second chance romance follows Oliver and Wren. It picks up right where the prequel novella Close to You ends. Oliver and Wren have a complicated history and despite having feelings for each other for years they haven’t had the opportunity to purse something.

I loved Oliver and Wren. There characters were really well developed and you could tell these two were meant to be together. Wren was sassy and Independent woman with a strong heart and Oliver was such a sweetheart and sometimes it so was frustrating! I loved how even though there were obstacles these two never gave up.

All of You was narrated by Robert Hatchet and Samantha Brentmoor and I thought they were perfect to voice Oliver and Wren. Their voices expressed the emotions the characters felt well and their narration made this audiobook very hard to pause.

Wren Tyler and Oliver Winslow have known each other since the second grade.
Although they have considered a romantic relationship, the timing has never been right, and they have continued to live their separate lives.

One night, they become trapped in the high school gymnasium, and their true feelings for each other are finally revealed. (off page but is in the novella). However, Oliver's ex-fiancée, Dot, has other plans and will stop at nothing to come between them.

I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more in this series. While Wren is a kind character, she can be overly accommodating. Oliver is charming but could benefit from having more assertiveness to avoid unnecessary drama.

The narration by Samantha Brentmoor and Robert Hatchet was exceptional and has quickly become one of my favorites.
