Okay nein. Die Protagonisten sind Klischees und ich hasse sie alle, die Ideen veraltet und gut recherchiert im Bereich ML ist es auch nicht. DNF 10%

My jury is still out on this book...parts were riveting and I was really intrigued and found it very interesting. Other parts were slow, lagging and didn't really seem to fit in with the story, like if they made it a movie those parts would definitely be left out. All in all, it was a decent read and I'd maybe recommend it to a few people and I will check out more from this author as I think they are full of really interesting ideas, I just hope they get an editor that helps them "trim the fat" a bit more.

I was really looking forward to reading this book; it wasn’t at all what I was expecting. It wasn’t a thrill ride, nor was it a fast read, but I did enjoy it. The hi-tech ride it does take you on is interesting and a little mind bending. It is thoughtful and makes you wonder about our future…

This definitely was a weird concept of a book. But it did make me think. I started wondering if this would really happen? Would we really start making AI spouses? I even wondered if we would start making AI pets and would they have feelings. It’s just weird. I would have liked the ending to be different. Maybe it was and I missed it. I need to go back and reread it. I give this book 3 1/2 stars. I just wish there was more “thriller” in the thriller. The twist was good!!
