Read this in one day! Was so good - perfect combination of sweet and angsty. Relies on some cliche tropes but was exactly what I expected and wanted when I picked the book up. I particularly loved the academia setting - felt very relatable and recognisable. Also thought the discussion around Title IX was dealt with very well too. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a short and sweet romance!

This was cute but I also had some icky feelings after reading the ending. I wasn’t into how young she came across in a lot of parts. It didn’t feel as realistic for me. Some of the parts where she was described she just sounded really kid like and Adam being older made it come across like he had predatory behaviors. Definitely with those hotel scenes.

I had to laugh from page one because Olive is such a funny and relatable character. Her sarcasm and irony is worth gold and her pure heart makes her so adorable.

Everybody already knows Adam Carlsen, so what should I say? This man respecting space, asking for consent in ANY situation concerning even touching somebody’s arm is just ahhhhhhhh he’s humble and down to earth and their inside jokes make me wanna jump on the spot.

He’s officially a new fictional crush of mine (this list is getting unhealthily long

The fact that he like her way before they were ‘dating’ and she would do anything to make sure she is happy. Also wants her to come to him if she ever needs anything. He wants to be her comfort space😭😭😭he’s raising the bar fr
