This was a lot of fun to listen to.

I'm a big Goldie Hawn fan. Have been ever since I was a very little girl and watched Overboard. I don't believe she's ever been in anything I didn't like. So I was very excited to read this book.

Goldie Hawn's voice is truly lovely to listen to. Reading her own life story, it's even nicer. You can tell when she feels love for the subject she's talking about, such as her children, or Kurt Russell. Even when she describes harder stories, such as the childhood molestation, or her experience with "the casting couch", she says it in such a way that you don't feel like you're listening to some dreadful past secret.

She's always struck me as a leave over from the hippie era, and this book didn't do anything to change my mind. She's flighty and fun, and the "life lessons" are well earned. I have so much more respect for her now.

At first I thought well another biography from another celebrity ... but it was so nice and well written. Inspiring really. There was no self celebration or anything like that.
Just pure. Loved it!
