So basically no- she did not ever end up getting over him

Writing style wasn't terrible but the on and off again trope wasn’t my thing. MC was insufferable though reading her interactions with her love interest.. so rude 99% of the time and shows little to no decent communication skills.  I don’t love that she simped for years TWICE in this considering there’s 8 billion people in the world girlie 💅🏽
