Not having read the foundational book this one built on, I felt very seen and understood as an HSP, but I felt myself really wishing there was more practical advice and tactics for managing the overstimulation I deal with in parenting. The problems were readily pointed out, but the solutions suggested were few and typically the most obvious. I think it could be well improved upon.

A fantastic resource for parents that made me feel so seen and validated. Great tools to digest and consider. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me were a few instances where it seemed to give suggestions a bit too lofty or “dreamy” so to speak. Would love to read more in this series and would strongly recommend for parents and all who live and work with children, regardless of whether you are highly sensitive or not.
