Sweet, sweet story and light on drama, conflict. I love this series.

Lots of Cinderella elements, simple romance between two people who want to do good and are kind to each other. The "tension" such as it is feels nearly imaginary.

I’m so happy that Rosaylin Landor read this audiobook. I found this story sweet and so loving, right now it’s the best of the series. They are both young but have gone through so mush suffering and together they manage to overcome their difficulties and build their own sweet happy ever after

No action just self turmoils and self doubt that end in figuring out that you are worth everything because you’re human and you matter. HEA

Could have sworn I wrote a review of this when it first came out, but apparently not. I remember enjoying it, the way the two new friends agree to marry to help each other escape from difficult family circumstances, and gradually, by helping each other heal from their emotional wounds, learn to love one another.

*I won this book in a GoodReads First Reads Giveaway*

Overall, this book was pleasant. It wasn't my favorite, but I think it was decently written. The characters were not your average romance hero/heroine, so I think it will appeal to a lot of people. Ironically, the fact that it wasn't your average romance characters, is what kept me from really enjoying the book.

Yes, sadly I am one of those people.

Still, decent book. I'll probably check out some of her other books. I'm definitely interested in seeing what happens to the other members of the Survivors Club.

These books are spiraling. I can't keep storylines straight. I thought this may be it but it is far from it.

I can't tell if it is the Author's need to continue the storyline or Avery's absent mindedness that is confusing me but these reads are becoming less and less about love and lust and more and more about intrigue and action storylines.

Just bloody well end this series so I can be done with these two.

Super cute! Cinderella inspired with elements of found family, reconnecting with lost family, a blind love interest who is prone to panic attacks, a FMC taking charge of her life and making herself known after years in shadows. Really fun read.

Thank you Holly for the ARC Copy. I loved it Avery is back to her old self in this one. Avery and Sean belong together. So Mari and Trystan wow I'm guessing their careers got in the way of there relationship. I guess we will have to wait on their story. I'm a little confused with the letter Avery found that her mother wrote. So I'm guessing Marty killed the girl in Sean suite and Amber and creepy guy. Avery playing bad with Sean that was a first and it was amazing she new how to get his attention with Miss Black. Loved every word what amazing writing and also you leave us hanging for more.
