Dearest fellow Library Wars fanatics: run, don't walk, to your nearest bookstore. Pick up a fresh copy of volume eleven of this series. Pay for it, for goodness' sake. Immediately sit down and read it. Don't even bother reading the book's back blurb, just crack it open as soon as possible and read. This is top notch Library Wars, a series at its peak, a perfect combination of action and drama, humor and romance, struggle and triumph.

You can read my complete review of LIBRARY WARS' eleventh volume here at my blog.

Adorable

I think what I most like about this series is that it develops all of its characters. Not one main character is slighted, they have have flaws and they work on them.

Another in the continuing Library Wars: Love & War manga series. As usual, our heroes are defending the libraries while trying to figure out their romantic lives. Sweet and fast paced like the others in the series.

This volume was much more serious than the previous ones.

There’s a lot going on, with them fighting censorship, and then having to deal with the repercussions, some of which are very serious. There’s even some crying. I’m not going to go into detail, though, so as not to spoil anything.

And while this volume was very good, I’m honestly looking forward to getting back to the fun stuff.

There’s some intense stuff going on with Iku, particularly romance wise. Honestly, I love that she’s admitted her feelings to herself. The development with her emotions toward Dojo is great. I love seeing her deal with it, get embarrassed over it, try to hide it. Especially in the bonus chapters at the end of the volume.

I’m also enjoying the development between Shibazaki and Tezuka. They are quite cute and hilarious. I also still love Komaki and Marie. Meaning, of course, that I’m just loving all of the characters.

While this volume was very serious, and a lot of important stuff happened, it was still very good. I can’t wait for the next one.

I love how this volume did not shy away from Iku's feelings and experiences being on the front line!! And thank goodness everyone is alive and well!!! Or I would have rioted !!

The battle has begun for the fight over the museum’s star exhibit. This volume doesn’t shy away from the realities and fear of the violence that comes with war. I really enjoyed this volume so much but even though it had so many important scenes that will impact the rest of the series, I didn’t feel as connect to it as the other volumes.
