If I could, I would rate this more than five stars. Everything was excellent. The flow of the story was perfect-it held my interest enough to read a few chapters per day, and then once the climax hit, I couldn't put it down. I love the characterization for all the characters, especially Paige. She becomes stronger, and uses her intelligence for quick-thinking. Paige is also more confident in this one than the first book. It took me awhile to get back into the world that Shannon created, but once I did, I kept up with it. Shannon has definitely created a unique and intricate world that is challenging to understand, but I like a good challenge.
