I really liked Ryo but I couldn't really get into the fashion theme. The writing also felt a little weird.

finally finished the series. the first and second volume I loved, but after that, I found myself loving it much less. i wanted more of chika and mizuki , but just got more of tsubasa (who i disliked) .

i can't really relate to ryo's way of finding strength in his ideal self but i admire how he took everything in stride.

overall, it's a good series. i personally enjoyed the original oneshot much, much more.

Didn’t know anything about this book when I picked it up but it was so good! Love that it’s about a transgender teen boy who uses Japanese street fashion to express himself, and I like the little crew that they make for their brand, and how accepting they all are.

I definitely enjoyed the way that this focuses on discussions about gender and identity, but also finding friends who let you be who you are. Plus, the art was easy to read and easy to follow!
