I really liked Ryo but I couldn't really get into the fashion theme. The writing also felt a little weird.

I really really love the themes here of fashion as a form of defiance and a means of unabashedly showing the world your true self. I also remembered while reading this that anime/manga has a particular, delightfully corny way of making you feel absolutely pumped up in rooting for the characters. I'm excited to see where this goes!

finally finished the series. the first and second volume I loved, but after that, I found myself loving it much less. i wanted more of chika and mizuki , but just got more of tsubasa (who i disliked) . 

i can't really relate to ryo's way of finding strength in his ideal self but i admire how he took everything in stride. 

overall, it's a good series. i personally enjoyed the original oneshot much, much more.
