I read this book over and over as a child. It contains multiple stories and all of them are entertaining. I highly recommend them for your child!

I love reading these with my kids because it makes them think outside the box about the meaning of phrases. We can talk about how the same words can mean different things and they love seeing what she’s going to do next!

I haven't read or listened to Amelia Bedelia in so long that I wasn't prepared for her shenanigans. She very literally performed her tasks not thinking that what he was doing made no sense. This was a very hand-hitting-my-head type of book full of humor and innocence. The end was very true to life because pie solves every problem. I wish I had a recipe for lemon meringue right about now.
