I did not expect to love this book as much as I did! I thought it would be a fun and silly teenage love story, something I could read and feel nostalgic about my own teenage dating days and how cringey I used to be with boys. It was fun and silly, alright, but it was so good!
The pacing is amazing, I have to say. The way the story was told, plans laid, each blind date by blind date, the dates we meet, the way they all moved the story along, the breaks between when it wasn’t all about the dates, but also about family and friendships and sisterhood. I started this book just before bed, intending to read a bit and continue the next day. I ended up staying up late to finish the whole thing!

que livro gostoso de ler! escolhi para ler na minha maratona natalina literária desse ano e foi uma ótima escolha, de verdade.
me APAIXONEI pelos personagens! e eu acho que o fato do livro ter tanto foco na família e ter a família tão presente me divertiu demais e ainda me fez ficar com o coração quentinho muitas vezes (e também fez eu me identificar em níveis absurdos).
eu achei que fosse gostar, mas acabei gostando mais do que imaginava!!! foi uma leitura super gostosinha e leve sabe? daquelas que eu nem queria acabar o livro...

Laugh out loud funny. This book was a lot of fun to read. Some more serious plot points also, such as pregnancy/new born health concerns. It's the perfect read for over the holiday season, as it lifts your spirit with its humour and charm.

Una lectura muy ligera y envolvente.
La historia es especial, me gustaría una segunda parte, pero asi está perfecta.
Todo gira en torno a Sophi, quien lleva más de un año saliendo con Griffin y con quien espera poder pasar más tiempo a solas, ya que están en su último curso antes de irse a la Universidad. Son las vacaciones de Diciembre y sus padres van a realizar un viaje y eso le deja un espacio de tiempo pues quedándose en casa de su abuela y con tanta gente alrededor no la podrán vigilar tanto.
Sus planes se ven frustrados cuando tras un arranque de sinceridad que no iba dirigido a ella, escucha a Griffin decir qué él espera pasar esos días sin ella por que no está seguro de su relación.
Su abuela para ayudarla reune a todos y deciden que tendra 10 citas a ciegas concertadas por su familia.
Entre las citas, un celososo Gryffin y su vecino Wes, Sophi no tiene tiempo para la tristeza.
Con unas citas de lo más divertidas e inesperadas, este libro es genial pues nos muestra la unión familiar que tienen y que puede que haya malvados en tu familia, también que tu puedes decidir jugar distinto a ellos.
Me han encantado Los Cuatro Fantasticos. Olivia, Wes y Charlie le añaden al libro cosas especiales.
