This book is so amazing, I could not put it down! Such an awesome sequel, cannot wait until the 3rd book is out. So thrilling, kept me on my seat wanting more. Definitely recommend if you are into fantasy and suspense.

Omg!! Loved this one and cannot wait for the next one!! It definitely reminds me of the Year One trilogy in that it leaves you craving the next next book to see what happens!! Definitely see myself re-reading this book time and again although that tends to happen with many of Nora’s books!!

I really enjoyed the first book and I was looking forward to this one and although it was entertaining for the most part it ended up falling a bit short for me. The whole Marco and the over use of the word "girl" on his part was so cringy, he was characterized more like a 12 year old girl instead of a grown intelligent, versatile gay man and for this I was so disappointed. Why do authors' do this? I get you want to be diverse and "woke" but please, please do it correctly and tastefully, this was quite insulting which makes me feel bad because again I absolutely loved the first book but sadly I cannot say the same about this book.
