I enjoyed this book to the fullest, It got me hooked up since the beginning and it keeps me that way from beginning to end.
Knowing that this book was the reluctant resurrection of Holmes by Conan Doyle, I listened to it differently than I might have. And, probably because of that, it really is much more Watson's, the avatar for both the reader and the author, story than it is Holmes', and for that, though I avoided this book for a long time (as I knew the ending from PBS or similar), I feel like I thoroughly enjoyed it whereas many other of the original stories are hit or miss for me.
