I thought it made a wonderful companion to the show! I learned some definite new information than what I’ve been given already and it was really cool. There was one specific thing that made me doubt that it played out in the same universe as the TV show, but I still loved it. LOVED IT.
Edit: I did some searching online and realize that I was mistaken. It definitely plays out in the same universe. It’s just a little different than what miraculers are used to seeing.

Not even that these tales are so obviously not for me, I can still look at things with an eye to what the young folk might like.
The first story had potential but just trailed off with absolutely no resolution.
As did the second.
And the third was really boring.
It was a very slim issue anyway, would have been better if it had concentrated on the first story only.
