The art is lovely, and the adaptation is good for the format. Some of the plot and dialogue had to be changed, but this IS a manga. It did allow for highlighting some of the more ridiculous/funny elements in the story. Altogether quite enjoyable!!

This was very cute and I feel, a good adaptation. Mrs. Bennet's personality was captured perfectly, as obnoxious as it is. Mr. Bingley is always such a joy to see. I found Mr. Collins depiction hilarious.

Pride and Prejudice is my all time favorite classic. When I saw that it was converted into a manga, I just HAD to read it.
This is no doubt a great adaptation. It captures the original Jane Austen book and gives it a fun, light-hearted feel.
I absolutely loved the illustrations in this one! Each one could express a long range of emotions, and also be hilarious at the same time.

I like that in this manga we could actually see Darcy’s feelings for Elizabeth from early on, so we wouldn’t be surprised as to when he actually did confess his feelings.
However this is called an adaptation for a reason; there were some deviations from the original book, to continue the story better, but if you’re looking to read this to substitute the original, then it isn’t viable.
All in all, this is a short read. Very cute and easy to follow. The illustrations and storyline are well done and do a great job at capturing the original ‘Pride and Prejudice’ story.

I had a lot of fun reading this book. Consuming one of my favourite classics in a new and visual format was very entertaining. As mangas are generally more dramatic I think it was well suited to this story. There were a couple of liberties taken with the characters here or there but overall I think it was an excellent adjustment to the new medium. I also think this one will be great for people reluctant to read classics but interested in the premise or story without having to commit to an older full length work. Very enjoyable and would recommend.

A fun and modern take on the classic romance story. I really enjoyed reading the manga version of Pride and Prejudice. Reading the manga felt like I was watching a comedic and cute version of the movie.
