A mix of good advice and overly rigid advice. I liked what he said about the learning plateaus.

George Leonard's Mastery is a one of the most insightful and practical books which can show you how can you become a master of any field that you choose. Leonard says that mastery is not a destination but a journey. It is a not a place where you can reach and rest. The path of mastery is not easy, you are tested in every step of your path. He tells us about the stages of this journey and warns about the pitfalls that we may encounter. Some of the things mentioned in the book are well know but we never give thought to it. Leonard was a master of "Aikido,' besides being a writer. He has been on the path of achieving mastery and completed it. His wisdom is captured in this small book for anyone who is willing to read and follow him as a guide.

One of the best books ever recommended to me, my brain feels full and anew. Reborn. I see life in a new light. I can only hope I can keep this enthusiasm on my own journey to mastery.
