The first book was 4 stars. The second was almost 3. I read the MinaLima illustrated version with my kids last year, and we had a lot of fun with it. But I read it again for book club, and I was really ready for it to be over around 1/4 of the day through the second.

Love the childhood fantasyland that is presented and enjoyed without care for logic/sense.  Remember to enjoy all the nonsensical stories shared by the children in your life.
