But when you’re the villain in your own story, it’s hard to stop yourself from fighting for the opposite in someone else’s. Even if it’s only for a minute

Okay Colt, dammit you made your point you slightly broken beautiful gentleman. I was not expecting you, and was unprepared for the swoon. Thank goodness you brought it cause I was pissed off for 50% of this book, Logan I'm looking at you. Ashlyn may have been naive but no one deserves to be treated the way she was. I also could understand where she was coming from the more we learned about her. I loved the connection between these two, Colt pushed her and Ashlyn brought him back to life. I only wish we had more at the end.
