Not one of the best works, I have to say. Although it might be, at least partially, to the topic that is not close to me.
Be that as it may, the characters are just sketched and the plot is rather flat.
On the plus side any Prathcett's book is welcomed as a breeze on a hot summer's day.

I couldn't wait for the paperback to come out and I swore I wasn't going to buy anymore books and borrow them instead. But a two hour flight from Maroochydore to Melbourne with no book and a Terry Pratchett that I hadn't read was too much temptation. And yes I embarassed myself by laughing while reading it on the plane. And yes the Librarian is good as always. Wish we could get more of him. All I can say is never underestimate the value of the people that work below. :)
