Very engaging book. I liked learning more about Jun Bei/Cat’s past. Near the end it was starting to remind me of The Host so I’m not so sure how I feel about that. But the ending was just rude! Now I have to wait until January to know what will happen next

This one was mind blowing.

We figured out who Cat's mother was and all this story behind Jun Bei and my mind almost exploded. All the stuff and drama that happened was incredible.

Mato I kind of felt bad for but not when he started shooting everybody. I'm going to be honest. Once you threaten Cole you're a bad person in my book. But after everything that Cole tried to do in this book Mato is looking like a better and better person.

Um.... kind of a bummer. A lot of words but I also can't really say that anything....happened. Pretty sure at least one jeep blew up, maybe up to five. They should consider new means of transportation. Kind of felt like someone who writes hunger games fanfiction mind merged with the real author and this was the compromised result.

I'm pretty disappointed in this one. The first one was really good but this one doesnt hold my attention. I will not be finishing this trilogy.

This was a good followup to the first book. So many twists and definitely kept the story going til the end. This is a pretty good dystopian series if you like coding and plague-like viruses.

Intriguing with interesting questions about genetics and how much is too much. I’m enjoying this YA story.
