I thought I wasn't going to like this, but I did. I loved the historical context of women in science, especially involving an unmarried woman. This is the kind of book that make me very sad but also a little bit hopeful.

This book was SO good! So different from typical books I read - but seriously had me hooked. I really felt like the author had me invested in each of the characters AND I realized how much I take for granted women in science being a "norm" now - even though it wasn't always like this. Elizabeth Zott is a badass and I 10/10 recommend this one!
