Not one of the better Christies out there. I think the plot is way too convoluted, it's quite difficult to keep all the info in your head, just cause there are too many characters and background info and motives. The ending isn't super satisfying, which makes the convoluted stuff not really worth it. Too many things were not really explained at the end.

The lesser of the two novels with Bundle. It’s one of Christie’s lighter adventurous novels. By that I mean there is international intrigue and hijinks played out in London and an English country house.

Marred by the usual anti-Semitism of the period.

I was intrigued for the first 8-10 chapters. Then it got convoluted with many characters. In addition to that, initially it wasn't one of my favourite plots.
