The Stepford Wives, but with children, and only the boring parts.

I didn't really like this one. Nothing really happened, it seemed interesting at first but.. then it was just alot of nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

2/5 ⭐️ Interesting concept, but the execution was poor. I didn't care about the protagonist at all and the ending was weird and confusing and did not feel concluded. There were random "plot twists" thrown in that didn't flow with the story arc at all. There was potential for a very impactful message and double meaning, but it was a swing and a miss.

Great story that allows the reader take a short trip beyond our reality--themes include family background and possible futures, class, shady science.

Cool, funky science fiction but it ended on the worst, most annoying cliffhanger that you could even say it left a big gaping plot hole. If it had had a greater ending, I would have enjoyed lots more, for what it was. Nope.
