Genetic engineering is so much fun!! I love the idea behind this short story, however the execution was not my favorite. The ending in particular was a let down for me.

I've enjoyed the concept and the writing. Is life just a three-act archetype like a movie script? The protagonist struggles with the thought while he follows up on his wife's dealings with a fertility company that's a lot more than that. Planning someone else's Ife like a business is a scary enough thought.

I've enjoyed seeing Sam, the protagonist get a little shaken up and come to realisations of his own. Does he arrive at his destination?

I like this and The Arc by Veronica Roth from the Amazon series "Forward".
