Clint and Noel are perfect together, even when she tried so valiantly to stay away. Being already a daughter of a Marine, she knows the lifestyle. Clint is home and working at the recruiter's office and reunites with her after the met briefly at the end of book 3. (Not going to lie, I kind of saw this one coming)

Not QUITE as funny as the prior books, but still some humor. Pretty light on the steam as well. Overall I'll give this series a solid 4.5. Just have the bonus novella to finish up, about Cassie's sister (the actual owner of the $ex toy factory in Happy Cat)

I love how all the characters cross over and all seem to compliment each other so well.

Welcome back to Happy Cat! I love this town where crazy is normal and everyone looks out for their fellow neighbor or fellow pets. In Humbugged Pippa and Lili bring the funny mixed with steamy romance and this time add in a lot of holiday flair to make the perfect Christmas story.

Noelle has decided to have a happy Christmas this year. Her life hasn't exactly given her the best memories surrounding this particular holiday. So, this year she is forcing the happy no matter what goes wrong or what gorgeous marine keeps popping up and tempting her to keep her focus on her business and not on other distractions.

Clint O'Dell is home and he loves spending time with his family. For the past six years since he signed up with the marines he hasn't had as many chances to spend long times with them, but his favorite part about being home is one sweet baker, Noelle.

As much as these two circle each other it isn't long before their chemistry is just too combustible and they finally give in, but can it last? Clint is a marine and he doesn't protect his country from his living room couch and Noelle's is a small business owner with everything she owns invested in her bakery, so long term and long distance is that really sustainable?

I love Clint's all American heroness and his ability to make fun of himself, but he's also humble when he makes a mistake. He is just too delicious and my Christmas wish would be that we carbon copy him to put in everyone's stocking.

Perfect!

This was a perfect ending for the O'Dell series. Noelle coming into town as Clint started recruiting duty for the Marines was perfect karma. I loved these two together, the way they fought their chemistry and then made a deal, then boom! Clint was a perfect fit for her and really changed the way she started to look at herself and he was always there for her. I absolutely adored this story probably more than his brother's stories. Shh. Don't tell them that.

This fourth installment in Happy Cat is awesome. Noelle is a great addition to town and her Second Chance bakery is unique. She bought the location off Craig’s list one drunk night. She was dealing with the sudden end to a two year relationship with a mall Santa. Her baked goods aren’t turning out as expected and she’s dealing with an intruder or a ghost problem.

Clint O’Dell the youngest of the O’Dell brothers is back in town as a Marine recruiter and has his eyes set on Noelle. The fun and laughter and sexy times are off the chart good as they decide to be Christmas season friends with bennies. A combat Goose named Nutcracker, a Don Juan reindeer and George Cooney’s lovable family all contribute to the loving mayhem that ensues.

Love the laugh out loud high jinx’s and the kindle melting sexy times.

OMG!!! This author duo always knocks it out of the park!...insert meme here! lol If you're looking for laugh-out-loud funny with a whole lot of sexy..look no further! Grant and Valente kill it every time they come together to create magic! Humbugged picks up in Happy Cat! And you guessed it, it's EVERYTHING you want this Christmas! Clint O'Dell and Noelle have been destined since he first saved her from those cupcake eating raccoons! I've been waiting for their story and it's so wonderful! In true Grant/Valente fashion, the animals are loose and wreaking havoc in Happy Cat! A goose with a hit list, a Reindeer with a crush and a raccoon who's changed his ways! The Best Time, is the only way to describe reading this book! It's a Happy Feel-Good, make you laugh with secrete smiles, all while leaving you feeling warm inside, kinda read! Noelle has walls up high and guards her heart as much as she can, her Christmas aren't exactly on good terms...But Clint O'Dell does Christmas, or is it Christmas is Clint O'Dell? Get ready for the cheer and sexiness of Humbugged! And with all our favorite Happy Catians! The old folks are still just as bad and the O'Dell siblings still make us swoon with their happy wives! This book is a Standalone, But for the full effect of Happy and Hillarious, I highly recommend you start with Hosed, book one of Happy Cat standalone series! I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.

Swoon Clint... I absolutely loved the banter between Clint and Cupcake. Their story was perfect.
