I DNF'd this. I went in blind just having been recommended it a ton by people and on TikTok. This shit is horrid. There isn't a single redeemable quality in any character, no good plot, just this freak stalking the FMC who has zero preservation instincts and I can guess it ends with her falling for him. The serial murderer man who's stalking her. No. It's so bad. It would be one thing if there was a singular redeemable character or portion of this story but there's not it's just twisted and fucking dumb.

Gonna need something to scrub my brain. Too much SA and lack of consent, and not enough substance to the story for me. Audible reviews were extremely high, and I liked the male narrator in all of Abby Jimenez’s books, but I don’t think the book synopsis prepared me. 😬

A lot of spicy scenes that really make your jaw drop, but got way more interesting towards the end with the main plot. Some of the dialogue was great, and some was a little cringey as well.
