“Even little Niggle in his old home could glimpse the Mountains far away, and they got into the borders of his picture; but what they are really like, and what lies beyond them only those can say who have climbed them.”

The sort of book that you will read in a sitting and carry with you forever. Especially if you identify as a person who creates things but never has enough tome to create all of the things you aspire to.

BTAT Book #3
A cool little story, definitely a good allegory for Tolkien's life. The afterword was also a good explanation of the back story and the motivations behind this book.
Every time I read Tolkien I want to read more of him, so I might pick up the Silmarillion or some of his other stories soon!
