I liked this and learned from it. However, I did not like the personal details about losing weight. Not everyone wants to lose weight, and not everyone wants to be rich, I guess!

Great for those getting started
This book was a recommendation but upon reading, these were things I already follow. BUT if I step outside of myself, Chris gives fantastic information for new writers entering the space. Not only does he talk about the craft but he talks about the personal as well which is a key thing many writing craft books don't discuss.
Definitely pick this up if you are new or wanting to increase your throughput.

Practical advice
Practical advice and a set of exercises to help increase word count. The tone of the book was friendly; the author's own experiences took a backseat to the advice. Great effort, short but worth the read.
