So be amused by my review of this dark romance taboo horror erotica…book thingy.

Now I don’t read this type of genre like EVER but decided to read this for god knows why. I was bored. Curious? lol.

Originally the aspect of the setting being in a mental asylum intrigued me, as it would any other genre. It’s just my thing.

But this. This was such a travesty.

It read like a horny teenager just decided to fantasize about girl interrupted but had some secret fantasies she wanted to see in words.

The writing was so incredibly bad. That is probably my biggest problem. And oh the cringe, the cringe of the touch her and die trope. I just realized I don’t like that trope- but maybe it’s because it was badly written??? I don’t know.

Anyways, this won’t steer me off course of finding well written brain rot books but lord almighty I hope it gets better than this.

Ugh I was OBSESSED with the craziness!!! Such a great read-- taboo, gory, dirty and spicy! Love this so so much!

I honestly love the plot but it was so badly written that I couldn’t give it a rating higher than 2 stars.

We listen and we don’t judge lmao
I love me a good taboo romance and Kinsley doesn’t disappoint. This book is as taboo as it comes and full of darkness to cure my needs. Check your trigger warnings!! But definitely recommend if you have minimal to no triggers.

Holy hell!!! What a crazy, unhinged, taboo, fun ride!

Unhinged characters are the best, I have never wanted deranged people to walk free so much.
Jasper and Iris, twins 2 halves making a whole. Seriously, if you like taboo and have no triggers then read this. The depravity and darkness is delicious.

Whew!! What a twisted ride with Jasper and Ris!
If you don't like taboo, horror then this is not for you. If you do then sit back and buckle in.
This was one of her best that I have read. It was depraved, twisted, spicy and it is only the beginning for the two. Coming from a home that was twisted and used the love for each other against them sealed the fate of the parents.

Now in Sutton Asylum they are the King and Queen. They are terrifying and everyone is scared to cross them....except the Psychiatrist, the newly employed nurses. They will learn first hand that they are being allowed to live. When Ris takes Dexy as a childlike motherly role they use him against her and she and Jasper will make sure they all pay for what they do.

Karen and "Susan" learn that they have not real power in Sutton. Jasper and Ris are cunning, and they have reasons to be very angry. Revenge never tasted as sweet until you mess with Ris and Jasper then the monsters come out to play.
I loved this book! I could not put it down.
I gave this book 5

I would really give this like a 3.5/5. But, it wasn’t bad. Iris really embodied Harley Quinn and Sibby mixed together. I don’t hate taboo, but the twins were a bit much to dive into. I had to put some mental blockers up to get through it. The story itself wasn’t bad, it was well written and she has a nice flare. Dark, deprived, depraved and devilish.
