I might not be a member of the Arrowhead Warriors. . . Not a single living member of the Warriors knew I existed. But that didn’t mean I hadn’t been told their secrets.

He gave me the freedom to let go.

The echo of her laugh rang through the house and I willed the walls to absorb it. So that maybe a part of her would remain long after she was gone.

When people told the truth, they didn’t need to order you to trust them.

β€œIf you’re looking for your future over your shoulder, you’re turned the wrong way.”

⚫️ I usually hate the hidden identity/enemies trope as I can’t see a resolution for the characters. This book is how to do the trope justice πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜

I had loved Emmett in the previous books and couldn't wait for his story. When I found out who Nova was and the plot that was to follow, I was sure I wasn't going to be able to root for them because I would just hate her. But I didn't. It was immediately easy to see how she was being manipulated so I couldn't wait for them to both open up to each other, overcome their pasts and embrace their happy. I really enjoyed this one, the whole series in general was a rollercoaster but well worth the read.
