Lenora and Rocco were everything! I loved this book. I loved the tropes. It was gorier than the others but also somehow not quite as dark? Rocco's personality is one of my favorites. He was so unexpectedly funny. Lenora, I wasn't sure about her at first but she quickly grew on me. Rocco was her perfect match. He helped her find her strength and I loved watching it. I can't wait for more of this series!

Because I'm Yours is book 4 in the Because series but can be read as a standalone (which is what I did). It follows Lenora who is running away from an arranged marriage she is dreading and Rocco who wants to protect Lenora from that horrible marriage.

These two's chemistry was through the roof. Rocco was SO protective of Lenora and I loved every little moment these two shared. Rocco is loyal and hard on the outside but on the inside, he is tender and caring. It matches perfectly with Lenora's genuine and kindhearted personality.

The twists in this book were unpredictable to me and I really enjoyed how much depth was in their story. I cannot wait to go back and read the rest of this series because I know these broody mafia men and badass heroines are going to take over my life.

Thank you to Valentine PR and Claire for sending me an arc of this book in exchange for my honest opinion!

I really enjoyed this book which is part of the Because series though could be read as a standalone. This book is about Lenora who is being married off to a duke who she doesn't like and wants to have a one night stand with her brother's best friend who also can't stop thinking about her. I haven't read the other books in the series and I would really love to because this book was so good. Contreras is such an incredible writer who didn't make me feel like I was missing out on the story. I enjoyed the storyline which kept me hooked until the end. There is some information about the world but I believe that if the other books are read then you will have a lot more idea of it though you won't miss out on anything. The pacing was perfect and fast. So much happens but there are also so many great scenes that it was like a movie playing in my head.

This book is written in dual perspective. I really loved Rocco and thought that he was such an amazing character. I enjoyed his development and seeing his love for Lenora. Lenora was a great character with a great development but I do have to say that her character annoyed me a bit. I see why she was written the way she was but sometimes it got to me. There were many side characters in this book who were very involved with the book. They were mostly from the previous books but again the author didn't make it feel like you missed out on something or made it confusing. The romance is one night stand and brother's best friend. There are many spicy scenes in this book too!

The ending was well done and so cute. At first I was getting nervous but readers get a HEA. I really enjoyed this book and would totally go back to read the first three especially Dom because I think his story will be great. I totally recommend reading this series because it's the best thriller romance next to The Insiders trilogy if you read that.
