Philip Alces is an amazing narrator and he made this book good for me. Normally I do not like sci fi romance. While the story for me was not captivating, Philip's performance brought the characters to life. Olivia, a trained soldier, is shot down during her last training mission. She is found by Hayden, who takes her in and keeps her as his own. He shows her how for her entire life she has been brainwashed. Now she realizes that she can feel emotions, have children and live free. The catch is that her twin sister is still in the domed city and Olivia wants to save her before Hayden and the Resistance bomb the city. Will they get to Katy in time? I won't tell. I can say that this book has some hot scenes in it and if you enjoy an alpha male, Hayden is your man!

As per usual Natasha Knight has me fanning myself whilst reading, her books are hot hot hot, Livvie lives in the dome and while out on her last training session she is shot from the sky and falls straight into Hayden's delicious arms, Hayden is the leader of the resistance and plans to take Livvie in hand and use her flying skills for the greater good, but first he wants her trust and submission, boy was this a sizzling read be warned there is punishments, spankings and much more a very hot read.
