I cannot say how much I love this book. Fleshman’s story was gripping in a way that made me unable to put it down (or stop listening to the audiobook rather). The language was compelling and it was told with such feeling that it made me emotional. This is an incredibly informative resource and I wish my old coaches had access to this information. This is my second time reading it and I feel just as inspired to keep training as when I read it the first time.

AMAZING read. Would recommend not only to every woman and girl runner, but to every woman and girl.
