I really wanted
more from Oak and Wren at the end!
Lots of pining, loved hearing Wren’s POV first in the first and now hearing about Oak, but now I need
to read more about them together.
I also loved the Cardan and Jude bits, and really hope there is a book with them up to their adventures in the Undersea, I don’t see how Holly Black could not! I just feel like there needs to be another book, I don’t know yet if there is one coming or not, but I still have a lot of questions that I need answered, like
if not Oak, then who will be their heir? Is Jude pregnant? Because I think I got a feeling about that 🤷‍♀️
brb, going to re-read the folk of the air, especially Queen of Nothing!

Holy moly what an insufferable book! By the end i was BEGGING that jude would kill Ren and just end this.
The Cruel prince series was a billion times better.
There is no romance since there is almost no dialogues between them and when there is, it feels like two 12yo with a crush.
And their schemes? They should have left that part to Jude because truly I just can’t
