2.5 stars. I found it a hard read and felt that it was quite dull at points. I definitely prefer his documentaries.

This was a great audiobook! One that I have been recommending to everyone whilst I’ve been listening to it. It has made me want to watch more of his shows.

I really enjoyed this (and will hunt out the audio book now) . It does give an insight into his life but it really focuses on a particular aspects of his career and particular documentaries which I enjoyed.

3.5 stars. The parts that were readable I sped through, the parts that weren’t, were a challenge. If his documentaries are in recent memory then the commentary of them that makes up a good half of the book isn’t that interesting. Would have like it to be more revealing about his teen/uni days (but then again I am a teen currently at uni)
