The book is so much more than the movie! The depth of this story is incredible, while the surface level details are equally enticing. This book is definitely a whole different world, but fascinating to step into. It definitely requires a little work with the slang language Burgess invents for his characters to speak, but totally worth all of the puzzle of understanding it! The ending is really what makes it stand out from the movie as a work of fiction rather than just pulp.

Re-read of a classic. A novel with ferocious force. Shocking, confronting, and eternal are words I would use to describe this even after many years of the first read.
