I am still conflicted if I’m gonna give this a 4 or a 4.5 - so review pending until I do some more processing

Weird relationship dynamic and lots of mention about how “pure” and “small” she is?? Like what is wrong with you

A very easy to read, rom-com story set against the backdrop of science academia. The story is very simple, witty and funny in places, heartwarming in others.

Olive is so majorly clueless at times it can be a bit annoying. Not enough time was given after the reveal to make me feel like the ending was enough, but still I liked it.

Best way to describe this book for me is cute. I thought it was the best read to start my summer. Fastest I’ve read a book recently (2.5 days). 10/10 if you have a history with fan fiction, romcoms, star wars or science labs.

Absolutely loved this book. My favorite quote is "Carry yourself with the confidence of a mediocre white man." I can't wait for the next book!

I love when Booktok comes through with a good book recommendation. Except this one wasn't good. It was GREAT. I literally couldn't put this book down. This book is the perfect blend of heart, humor, and interesting characters. The banter in this book is *chef's kiss*.

Wowowow. I’m adding Dr. Adam Carleson to my list of best book boyfriends. Lol but nevertheless this book was SUPER enjoyable. I loved all of the non-main characters as well as the main ones. I loved all of the science, academia, and discussion on very important topics within STEM and the working field. 5/5 stars from me!
