Adorei, livro muito fluido e fácil de ler! Adorei a construção da relação entre as personagens, curiosa para ler o capítulo extra!

i really did not enjoy this. i went in with low expectations but not in a judgy way, i was just expecting a simple, easy to read, average romance book… but the first 70% was 0.5 stars for me. at least it got better closer to the end.

what i liked:
-reading about a woman in science

what i disliked:
-i saw everything coming from the first 20-30 pages. literally everything. i don’t expect huge plot twists from a romance book but easily guessing every single plot point that’s gonna happen throughout the book is not fun
-why. are. the. characters. so. dumb. even thinking about it makes me mad. they’re supposed to be very successful, intelligent scientists. some things are so obvious but the characters just refuse to see it. when he literally calls her by her name in the beginning of the book and she doesn’t even stop to think “how does he know my name?” - also, he specifically said it was “HIS” lab they were in.
-yes, we get it, he has very broad shoulders, a really deeeeeep voice, and he is very very tall. why are you telling me like 21 times.

in the end - this book made me mad instead of giving me a fun time. at least i got it out of my tbr :c
