Signature Ctran Faringray style. If you've liked any of her other books, you'll like this. A short little escape with a lot of smut and very little plot.

This is a short read, and that's the worst part. I'd like to know more about the Evil Slime Lord and his lore. I would like to know more about the female mage and her magical shenanigans.  I would like to get a chapter in the Slime's pov because I'm curious about his after care... But alas, it's a short read.

Camp, not cringe. A funny, dark, and dirty take on the mad scientist & her monster.

Summary:
Grimina (Grim) is an elf, an academic intern at Enchantra Academy, and a self-taught evil magic scientist. She's a homebody and prefers tinkering in her secret lab to going out and socializing.

We first meet Grim, drunk and locked out of her quarters, after being stood up for a date. She's falling on her ass and screaming at good samaritans. I liked her immediately.

Back in her room, Grim accidentally spills a mysterious slimy substance she illicitly purchased  for black magic testing.
After a failed attempt to clean it up with magic, the "sentient and malicious slime puddle" traps her. Grim's magic has turned the gooey blobby slimelord into the hunky man of her dreams. Evran, the slime lord, then proceeds to menace, insult, and ravish Grim (semi-consensually).

Review:
-Quite well-developed main characters and world-building for a  30-page story with a ridiculous premise.

-HILARIOUS that the monster makes the mad scientist call him 'master.'

-10/10 slime lord degradation

4.5/5⭐️
✅ entertaining
✅ creative
✅ I liked it
✅ representation (queer, chronically ill author)
☑️ innovative (half-point)

If @cyranfaringray writes it, I already know I’m going to immediately eat it up.

This was a fun, quick, spicy monster romance short story, and you know it’s good when it leaves you wanting more!

What’s it about? Oh, just a little research experiment that went oh so right! 🔥🔥🔥

If you haven’t picked up a Cyran book yet, what are you waiting for? This is just a tasty little morsel. Go check out 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘜𝘯𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 for more sexy villainous goodness. 😋

Slime lord, huh?

Cyran can make me read anything!

Short, slimey and an extremely fast read.
