More of a book I'd like to reference and study than read all the way. Will come back to it later.

Interesting and enjoyable. Maybe a little hokey, but worth considering some of Dr. Axe’s recommendations.

Listened to the audiobook this time around and felt like within the first couple chapters I already was grasping so much information. Placed an order for the physical book so that I can read through again, really delve into the information, start to make some changes in my life, and be able to openly talk more with my doctors. I've felt for some time that something is off in my body, but keep getting told that my blood levels are good and nothing is wrong.

Redundant. Read the first 10 chapters and you'll have all the answers you need.

AB. Good introduction to gut health. I have not tried the plan yet so can’t anecdotally confirm if it works but will update when I have. It was pretty good through the first 3/4 but the last 1/4 just got really sudo-sciencey.
